Outstanding room and bathroom, lobby and rooftop. Very quiet floor. Great if you have a dog as well. Breakfast is not free, area is nice and wide open, well-decorated. Super nice brunch, but NYC prices. Employees were not nice when I stopped the car in front of the lobby to drop luggage, and my wife and 4-year boy. I needed 45 seconds only and the employee was unpleasant. And we've been in the 1 Hotel in the Central Park and Brooklyn. I had to insist in dropping my luggage before parking y car myself across the street.

The hotel is different than most I've stayed in. I guess I've mostly stayed at cookie-cutter hotels or even suites. This place is heavy on the amenities. The room and bed were disappointing compared to the rest of the place. The check-in was great. Easy and simple. Theres some free parking on the side/ back by not alot. The parking deck is a bit tight but cheap relative to others in the area. The cafe/ breakfast was not free but worth it. Biscuits n gravy, omelettes, sandwiches, all were delicious The rooftop bar was nice. Big indoor section for when it rained but the outdoor rooftop is where it's at. There's a couple areas for everyone to mingle but there's little cutouts in the garden "maze" that allows groups to gather undisturbed by others. Now for the negative, the room. It's not a bad room but it's not a place you wanna spend a lot of time. Which isn't a bad thing if you wanna sight-see and bounce around. The king bed, desk, and ottoman eat up most of the space. The bed isn't very comfortable. No ceiling fan which is tough in the south at times. The A/C does work great though. The lighting is a little strange. The closet and bathrooms are very good and they go have some good amenities in the room (food and drink at expensive) Last things are the staff was awesome. Our waiter and desk guys were so nice and the bartenders on the roof were awesome. Great location in East Nashville if they'd remove the liquor store. Walking distance to several places.

It was a nice spot. A little dated but ultimately got the job with a nice comfy bed.

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 7 months and the last two stays have been different. The room was not very clean overall which is uncommon for this hotel. We did not contact the front desk since we were only stay a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and very helpful. If I would have asked, I believe they would have had the room cleaned again.
